Wedding Personal Training in London

Your wedding will be the most important and happiest day of your life so why not make sure you look your best for it. We can train you in the build up to your big day so that when you look back on your wedding pictures you can see how good you looked, not that you won’t look amazing already. We do packages whether you’re the bride or groom or perhaps you would both want to train together?

Can we train as a couple or separately?

I am happy to train you both together as some couples like it and others prefer to work individually so it really is down to personal preference. As a recommendation if you both have very different goals then likely better to exercise apart from if it’s mainly about feeling fitter and healthier in general in the build up then working out together always works well.

How Long before The Wedding Should I Start Exercising?

People come to train with us at many different times before the big day and I guess the easiest answer to the question above would be to start the sooner the better. Depending on your goals though then this may not be the case. Some people just want to feel fitter and healthier for the wedding and others have specific goals. So I would decide on a decent time frame to get yourself wedding ready.
