For 20 years we have been training clients in the comfort of their own homes so if this is something you are interested in then look no further. Personal training at home means better time management for you and we can bring the equipment needed to make life easier for you in London.

Do I Have Enough Space To Train In?

Very little space is actually needed to exercise in. Ultimately each person’s requirements are individual but generically as long as you have enough room to roll out an exercise mat, then you have the required space to train in. Anything more than this is a bonus plus things like the back of doors, sofas can be used for attaching equipment or helping to create your personal home exercise plan.

What Fitness Equipment Do I Need?

We can provide all the equipment needed to train you in your home. If you already own pieces of equipment then that is a bonus as it means we do not need to bring it to you. But in general once we have assessed the training space and your goals then we will already know what to bring to you whether weights, bands, TRX, boxing pads etc. A lot of people tend to prefer this style of training due to either time restrictions or feel insecure exercising around other people.
