We train clients across all these to match their needs whether sprinting up Stave Hill or using resistance bands with a view of the Thames. We can provide the equipment needed to train outdoors so you just need to bring along a water bottle and your energy to match. We have been personal training clients in Canada Water for over 15 years so can certainly cater for you.

Canada Water Training At Home
If you are looking to train in the comfort of your own home then we can provide that for you. We bring the needed equipment and only require little space to work in. Sessions are always fun and we design in a way so you can continue to work out at home on days we are not with you. We also work out of a lot of the residential gyms in the area as most of the modern apartment buildings have access to one so can also cater for you there.
