1-2-1 Personal Training
I have been personal training clients across London and the world now for 20 years. I like to make the process enjoyable as well and beneficial (obviously) working each step of the way with you towards your overall health and fitness goals.
How Does It Work?
We start by meeting for a consultation so I can find out all I need to about your goals and history. This also gives you the chance to meet me and decide if I am the right fit for you as a trainer. Once we have met then can discuss your training plan moving forwards. Here we can also plan how often you train and location whether you prefer your home, local park or gym location.

What Kind Of Training Would We Be Doing?
Ultimately it is down to your goals, preferences and restrictions, which is why we do the consultation so I can determine how to proceed best with training. Generally if we exercise outside then I provide all equipment needed from TRX straps to resistance bands, weights, boxing etc. Same goes for training in your home plus the gym we can work with what you are provided.
