One of the many outdoor locations we use at Breathe Fitness is Primrose Hill. This is probably one of the best outdoor training locations in the capital due to it's large outdoor gym area plus using the hill itself makes for a great workout. The gym is located at the bottom end of the park close to London Zoo and within walking distance of Chalk Farm and St Johns Wood London Underground stations. Also the bus stop 274 is right next to the park. The park also has free public toilets next to the gym and a soon to be cafe to open in August.

The outdoor gym lies at the bottom of the hill and contains many pieces of outdoor equipment such as monkey bars, sit up benches, gymnastic rings, triceps dips bars etc. when the weather is suitable outdoor training beats any type of exercise so coming to Primrose Hill would be the perfect way to help you achieve your goals.
As well as using the facilities already there we also provide our own equipment to use when training such as:
- TRX Suspension Trainer
- Resistance bands
- Skipping rope
- Bungee Cord
We can guarentee you a superb workout here and many of our clients have already switched from gym to outdoor training to make use of the warmer weather. No matter what the goals are we can cater you a bespoke training program to use with us here. Training sessions can be done on a 1-2-1 basis or in a small group of 2.
If on the otherhand you live in the Primrose Hill area and would prefer to train indoors we can travel to your home to train you there also as we have many clients in the area.
